Arden Cohen is an Associate at AUA Private Equity Partners, LLC. Before joining AUA Private Equity, Mr. Cohen was an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard in the Consumer, Food & Retail M&A Group.

He received a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated with Cum Laude honors, and received his M.S. in Business Analytics, also from the University of Notre Dame.
